ID: 273 The regulated estate is situated in the west part of the resort complex and is on the beach of Obzor. An underground parking, shared for the three buildings, is planned to be built and it will take in not only the basements, but also the underground territory of the space between the blocks.Building ¹4, that is the object of the present project, is U- shaped, 6+ Terrace- floored (H<18 m). It is structured in 7 Parts with 7 separate entrances . This project is fully in conformity with the stipulations of the building plan concerning the way and the character of building, the distance between the separate buildings, the side-borders and borders –to- bottom of the land and the indices of structure. On the underground floor are differentiated 36 parking places, as well as warehouses for personal use of all the apartments in the building. Getting down in the underground parking is realized by the use of a covered two separeted ramps with 15 % inclination. On the seventh floor the apartaments are two of three rooms and one of two rooms. The total number of the apartaments in Part “C” is 18-1 apartament of two rooms and 17 apartaments of three rooms. In Part “D” on the first floor are differentiated a restaurant with 50 indoor seats and 28 outdoor seats.On the next floors (from the second one to the sixth one) we plan three apartaments of three rooms on each floor. On the seventh floor the apartaments are two of three rooms and one of two rooms. The total number of the apartaments in Part “D” is 18 -1 apartament of two rooms and 17 apartaments of three rooms. In Part “E “on the first floor there is a office with six rooms and a shop.On the next floors (from the second one to the sixth one) we plan three apartaments of three rooms on each floor. On the seventh floor the apartaments are two of three rooms and one of two rooms. The total number of the apartaments in Part “E” is 18-1 apartament of two rooms and 17 apartaments of three rooms. In Part “F” on the first floor are differentiated two shops – shop5 and shop6. The warehouse for inventory keeping of Shop6 are planned to be placed in the basement of the building and the access to them is realized by the use of an inner staircase from the first floor. On the next floors (from the second one to the sixth one) we plan three apartaments on each floor –two of two rooms and one of three rooms. On the seventh floor the apartaments are three of two rooms. The total number of the apartaments in Part “F” is 18-13 apartaments of two rooms and 5 apartaments of three rooms. In Section “G “on the first floor there are three apartaments –one of one room, one of two rooms and one of three rooms. On the second and the third are differentiated five apartaments on each floor- two of three rooms and three of two rooms. On the fourth floor the apartaments are one of one room, two of two rooms and two of three rooms. On the fifth floor the apartaments are two of two rooms and two of three rooms. On the sixth floor there are three apartaments of two rooms and one of three rooms. On the seventh / terrace-like/ floor are planned two apartaments of three rooms and one of two rooms. The total number of the apartaments in Section “G “is 29- 2 apartament of one room, 15 apartaments of two rooms and 12 apartament of three rooms. The apartments consist of a living-room with a dining-room and a kitchenette, (one, two or three) bedrooms, depending on the size of the flat; a bathroom with toilet, a lavatory and one or two balconies. In constructive way the building is going to be realized monolithically (beams, columns and slabs of reinforced concrete) and brick walls. The facades are planned to be covered with silicate plaster and stone revetment on the socles and the cornices. The parapets of the balconies are made of solid elements combined with hemstitched metal part. The roof is sloped and tiled. Part of the sidewalk is covered with sloped and tiled roofs and there are colonnades near the building. |
